The project, located close to the town centre, will consist of 56 private 1- and 2-bedroom apartments with private balconies, and offer a range of residential amenities.

To align with Impact Capital Groups values, project aims to deliver net-zero ready housing in line with the Future Buildings Standard, and promote the concept of healthy, low energy inclusive living.

To reassure sustainability of the site, this Build to Rent (BTR) scheme incorporates the use of renewable energy, radiant heating, home automation, and intelligent use systems.  

Sevenoaks will be delivered via modern methods of construction (MMC), reducing delivery timescales, noise, and community disruption, whilst providing a building made from sustainable materials.
